I've wanted a smaller keyboard for a while, and finally my old one broke so I can get a new one. I first picked up a folding keyboard with a built in trackpad. I got used to it, loved it, then the bluetooth kicked off and I needed to find another mouse to reconnect it. So that went back.This keyboard is great. I don't really care about bluetooth, I don't care about any of the fn keys other than volume control, which works. And my favorite "delete" key is its own button in the right place. Ctrl is where it should be as well, but the up/down arrow keys are squished which is bad for gaming, and Amazon suggests that's something worth mentioning... Doesn't bother me tho. It's a much smaller keyboard and includes a mouse which only uses one usb slot between the two, so I'm super happy.It's surprisingly heavy, I forgot that I bought a metal bodied keyboard, but it constantly reminds me every time I pick it up and it's sturdy and cold. The keys feel soft, but I think that's only in comparison to the metal body. They press nicely with a solid medium clack and I think they'll hold well. Honestly it's probably going to make any average keyboard I use in the future feel like a downgrade.It doesn't seem to have a sleep function, which is fine since I don't have to worry about it missing key strokes whenever I wake it up, but the battery likely won't last as long. I haven't tested the battery, or the bluetooth, but I imagine that's still pretty standard. If the charge lasts a couple weeks I'll be happy, but the description suggests 3 months, so I'm sure I'm good.The mouse... certainly is a mouse. It feels flimsy by comparison, but it's quite average, 3 clicky buttons, and works on all my usual surfaces, so I'm happy with that too.
