1st Order -I ordered this set about a 1½ yrs ago. Much to my surprise, it worked great from the start. Although the mouse is *super* sluggish, I decided to live w/it. After a year of working at home because of COVID, I needed a new keyboard that was compact and had a touch like on my laptop. This keyboard meets that spec. And, I LOVE the color! For those who were asking, the color is Aqua/Seafoam on white. It gets compliments all the time. If the mouse didn't match and look so pretty, I would have replaced it with a different one by now. The only other 'con' I have for this mouse/keyboard combo, is that there is no key on the bottom/right, like on every other keyboard in the world. Totally irritating if you use your mouse w/your left hand, and need to engage the key at the same time. Good thing they put 2 keys on the keyboard though.(sarcasm) The number of times I've used the (Windows) key on the keyboard in the last 20 yrs, I could probably count 1 hand. The key has all but become obsolete. They could've used that spot for the 2nd key on the right side. Anyway, all was well until I knocked loose the transmitter, and then lost it. After a few days of searching, I gave up and re-ordered a whole new set up.2nd Order -Unfortunately, even though I specifically avoided ordering a used version, and ordered a "New" condition set, I was shipped a box that clearly had been previously sold, returned, and put back into inventory. The 1st layer of the box surface is missing where the last shipping sticker was attached, and you can see where they replaced the clear round seal right over the 1st one, where it's meant to appear unopened.Good news: this mouse works awesome - like a normal mouse - not sluggish like my 1st one.Bad news: the keyboard is dead. No matter how many different brand-new batteries I put into the back of the keyboard, it was DOA. The indicator lights never lit. When I put the batteries back into my original keyboard, indicator lights work, so it's not the batteries. Unfortunately, the transmitter only communicates w/the mouse/keyboard combo it ships with. (Too bad. I'd love to keep the mouse.) Yes, I plugged in the transmitter correctly. Yes, I turned the switch from 'off' to 'on' after installing the batteries. Yes, I installed the batteries in the correct direction. I've requested a replacement. We'll see if I get another re-tread or if they manage to ship me a truly brand new, unopened product replacement. I'll update this if performance on the replacement is *not* like the 1st purchase.I am In love with this keyboard and mouse combo. We recently moved and I lost the USB connector and I messaged the seller to try n buy another one. The seller went above and beyond and offered to just send me one and saved me from having to find another that would work with this combo I could not be happier with the product and seller and will buy from them again in the futureThis keyboard has worked great for me since I bought it four months ago. However, I spilled about a tablespoon of coffee onto it while I was working the other day, and even though I cleaned it up immediately, the keyboard stopped working. I set it in a bag of rice for two days and it worked for about a week after that although the entire top row of keys did not work anymore (that's not where I spilled the coffee, the coffee spilled around the number pad on the right, but those keys worked fine.) Unfortunately, after a week the keyboard stopped working completely, even after I changed out the batteries.This is a nice, lean keyboard but there is no clips on the back to raise it a bit. Also I should have read the comments NO PRNT SCREEN button, that is just crazy. That is a button that I use every day. The mouse is nice too.Keyboard completely stopped working 2 months after buying it. No idea what’s happened as it’s never left my deskNice color easy to use takes too small AA batteries and a regular a battery for the mouseLove this keyboard. Like the coloring and it is very ergonomic - a light touch for the keys. Also very easy to set up a wireless mouse and keyboard with I highly prefer.I recently got a promethean board in my classroom and it’s great but typing everything out on the promethean board can take time. I initially bought this wireless keyboard and mouse to use for my computer that was connected to my projector. This works great for both you just need batteries for both the keyboard and mouse and then plug the usb that is located in the keyboard into the device you are using.This keyboard would be an amazing piece of equipment if the producer of this item would take care of it. This would be my second time I am returning for the mouse not being able to work properly. Also, one key does not stay part of the keyboard. Maybe if the packaging was better it would solve one problem. The second, which I ask the seller on the first return was that the USB can not handle the keyboard and mouse.I like the colors and I love how you only need one usb port for both the mouse and the keyboard. Bought this to save space on my work desk and it works very well for that; doesn't take up a lot of space and still comfortable to use.A few things that are a little annoying. The plastic is kind of cheap and feels a bit like a toy. Not a huge deal, as it all works fairly well.The mouse is a bit heavy on one end. It makes it kind of loud to drag around and it often sort of thunks out of my hand. Not uncomfortable but minorly annoying at first.The thing that got to me the most is that you need batteries, AND you need two different kinds. The keyboard takes AAs and the mouse takes AAAs.Bottom line is they are pretty good for saving space on your desk and they are cute. Good short-term fix for working from home.I bought this set when we moved to online teaching. I wanted something cute and slim to fit my small desk space and make it easier to work on multiple screens and not just my laptop. This is really comfortable to use and the keyboard and mouse click nice and quietly! Do note that the keyboard and mouse take different types of batteries.I really enjoyed this product for about 2 months. It's light, attractive and easy to set up. That being said, the keyboard no longer works. Tried switching batteries. Tried a different computer. Tried turning it on and off. Tried many things. It just won't turn on anymore. Super disappointed.The keyboard's quality is not good. A lot of keys stopped working within 4 months of purchase. I can't return or exchange it as well as it is outside of the return period. Not at all happy with investing so much money for this keyboard..
