I received 3 collars and if there was an option for zero stars, this would apply. All 3 failed almost immediately. Don't even consider buying the product.We got a new beagle puppy and thought this would be good for training. Once he was old enough to wear the collar we began using the system. We found after just a few pushes of the button the device goes dormant and fails to activate in any of the three modes. And there’s no way to correct this issue. Plus no way to contact the manufacturer. We are NOT happy with the system. I do NOT recommend purchasing it. A total waste of your money.This thing goes into sleep mode then randomly tones and confuses the dog who has no idea what it's doing wrong. Got to be the dumbest design flaw ever. Dogs laying next to me and it tones and she panicks. Then they wouldn't refund me but 20$ after 1 use. Useless
