With this meter I diagnosed low blower performance and he had to replace my defective blower under warranty. Fixed my air conditioner. On line videos show you how to use all the features. It works through you smart phone and is very accurate with multiple measurement methods.Temp is 10 degrees F too high. I tested it against 3 other temp readers. Maybe this one is just not calibrated right, did anyone get one that gives an accurate temp reading?Nicely built and well calibrated. Extremely helpful making sure the AC system is working as it should.All of Testo’s tools come with a certificate of calibration. This tool that I purchased didn’t. So I’m not sure if it’s been properly calibrated or not.With the proper APP this is an excellent product.Great tool must have if you want to be a competent HVAC tech. Works great with a cheap Iphone. Does have some issues on occasion linking to the phone but once it connects once you seem to be good for. Eliminates so many question marks during troubleshooting and its so quick and easy to use.The 450i anemometer worked fine (screenshot attached). I did the math using the cross-section area of the duct, and the number was within 5% of than the rated output of the blower that I was to create the air flow.The app was easy to install, but asked access to my contacts and location. The manufacturer should offer options to disable this, and should not bundle reviews for all smart probes into one.Please offer the case with foam inserts to keep the probes. Die Bluetoothkopplung erfolgt ohne Fisemantenten mit Passwörtern und vergessenen Pairung tadellos. Es gibt drei verschiedene technische Möglichkeiten, Luftgeschwindigkeiten zu messen, je nach Geschwindigkeit. Dieses Gerät misst im "kleinsten Empfindlichkeitsbereich" von 0...30m/s. Man kann damit selbst kleinste Strömungen an Fensternspalten und Türen messen. Ebenso ist es möglich Kühlluftströmungen an Dunsthauben, Kaminen oder selbst im PC zu analysieren. Aus der Physik ist bekannt, dass dass sich der thermische Widerstand eines Kühlkörpers zwischen 0 m/s und 3,5m/ s in etwa auf 1/5 tel reduziert. Oberhalb von ca 4m/s könnte man eine Kühlturbine mit 100m/s einsetzen. Es passiert kühltechnisch oberholb von 4m/s nichts mehr. Ales spielt sich zwischen 0 und 3,5m/s ab. Das Wirkprinzip ist ja so, dass ein winziges Kügelchen im Messkopf elektrisch aufgeheizt wird, die vorbeiströhmende Luft kühlt es ab und die Abkühlung wird gemessen. Dieses Messprinzip wird hier zur Perfektion gebracht. Sehr gutes Gerät.good
