The product is excellent. It has the right feel, touch and stays put on my desk. As an added bonus it has a rest for my wrist as well. Delivery, however, was a problem. Right after I ordered the product, I saw that delivery was going to take longer than I expected from Amazon Prime, so I tried to cancel the order. I could not cancel and was told that I could return the product once it was received. I decided to wait to order something else until I got the shipment. It took over 2 weeks to get the product and delivery was not with the usual Amazon status reporting. In fact, two weeks later, Amazon shows the product lost. I'm not happy with the delivery service so I gave this only 4 stars.It's soft and firm, and seems to be well made. Good if you're concerned about carpal tunnel or if you've got sore wrists. Recommended.Mouse pad does what's expected and is very comfortable. Good product.Great value for the price. My old one was completely gone and I was having pains in my wrist.
