These balloons were really cute and a great value. However, they are cheap, cheap, cheap. I could only get the number 4 and small princess to blow up.1 ballon doesn’t float, 1 floats upside down, 1 popped and 2 actually float and work. I have a very disappointed 4 year old that absolutely loves balloons. Emergency trip to Party City, Wal-Mart and Target to purchase new balloons another tank of helium all because of a reported & known issue with their product. PURCHASE AT OWN RISK I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.Bought these for my daughters 4th birthday, when i went to get them blown uo, the bow balloon was ripped. Then the 4 balloon was so small that it was to light and first didnt float, then it floated so high that it actually just floated right out the door of the store, finally the little princess crown wouldnt even inflate becuase it was so small. Very annoyed.Worst balloons I have ever bought.
